Global Shipping
KICKS SPORT is committed to delivering your products worldwide as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped based on your delivery address using FedEx, USPS, or other authorized carriers.
Shipping Times
Please note that delivery times may vary as products may be shipped from different locations.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: We offer free global standard shipping for all orders.
Express Shipping: If you need faster delivery, we provide expedited shipping for an additional $15.99 per pair, selectable at checkout.
Delivery Limitations: Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to minimize delays during holiday periods.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days. This is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Order Status: You can check your order status in the “Order History” section of our website.
Confirmation Email: After a successful checkout, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our site.
Tracking Delay: If you do not receive your tracking confirmation within 5 business days after payment, please contact support@kickssport.com for assistance. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delivery Issues & Solutions
Delivery Attempts: If our carrier cannot reach your address, they may leave a note or call you. A pickup card may also be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or self-pickup.
Common issues during shipping:
Changing Address: Contact us before the item ships with your order number, email, and correct address. We will respond within 4 hours to confirm the change.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, we will attempt to retrieve the package from the carrier within 48 hours after receiving the tracking number. This depends on carrier policies and may not always succeed.
Customs Interception: If a package is intercepted by customs in the destination country, we will notify you by email and reship your item. Please be patient while your sneakers arrive.
Tracking Number Not Updating: We will communicate with the customer and arrange reshipment or refund free of charge, even if the previous package was delivered but tracking shows no update.
Package Shows Delivered but Not Received: We will request proof of delivery from the carrier. If the package is stolen or delayed due to reasons unrelated to the carrier, KICKS SPORT is not liable, but we will work with the customer to find a solution.
Note:
If the issue is our responsibility, customers will not incur additional charges.
If the issue is due to the customer’s actions (e.g., wrong address), additional fees may apply.
