Right to Cancel Orders: We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

Order is flagged as unusual or fraudulent
Payment is not received within 7 days of order submission
Pricing errors on the website
Unable to deliver to the provided address
Events beyond our control, including typographical errors on KICKS SPORT website
Order Modifications: Once submitted, order details cannot be changed. Customers may request cancellation before shipment; we will attempt to cancel based on the request.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If approved, all fees will be refunded, and a confirmation email will be sent. If unable to cancel, the order will proceed as normal.

 
Processing Time
Order processing may vary depending on size selection, seller shipment, and quality checks. Tracking numbers are usually provided within 72 hours.

Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled before shipment, but approval is not guaranteed. Contact us promptly for requests.

 
Returns
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items remain unused and carry KICKS SPORT tags.

Refund Policy: Upon successful return, a full refund will be issued. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will provide the return address upon confirmation.

Return Agreement: Once a return agreement is reached, no further modifications are accepted. Contact us before returning any items.

 
Size Exchanges
Eligibility: Size exchanges are allowed for unused items with KICKS SPORT tags. One exchange per order.

Exchange Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and are subject to availability. Include the reason and desired size when contacting us.

Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees (return and re-shipment) and any other costs, including size differences and taxes (if applicable). Return address will be provided after exchange approval.

Non-Acceptable Returns/Exchanges:

Items outside the 7-day return/exchange window
Used or damaged products
Loose threads, cracks, discoloration, or damage from display
Dirty or soiled products
Non-KICKS SPORT products (missing quality tags)
Promotional or discounted items (except defective/quality issues)
Damaged packaging or items upon delivery
Import duties
DDU Terms: We ship to most countries under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms, meaning prices do not include taxes or duties. Customers are responsible for these fees.

Taxes & Duties: Import taxes and duties may apply. We cannot control or predict these charges. Contact your local customs office for details.

Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. KICKS SPORT is not responsible for violations by the customer.

Non-Refundable: Sales tax and duties are non-refundable.

 
Shipping
Change of Delivery Address: Changes may be made before shipment. After shipment, changes depend on order status and may not be possible.

Carriers and Signature: All packages are delivered via contracted third-party carriers. Some may require recipient signature. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen events.

Completion of Transaction: Once the package is handed to the carrier, the order is considered complete. KICKS SPORT is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to carrier mishandling but will assist with claims. Final compensation is determined by the carrier.

Compliance Responsibility: Customers are responsible for complying with local laws in their country. KICKS SPORT is not liable for violations by customers.

 
Risk and Fraud Control
Customer Information Requests: We may request information related to unusual payment activity or potential fraud. This protects both the customer and KICKS SPORT.
